This is our Summer Catalyst Cap Intro event of 2026 for alt investing funds. It is investor driven and transactional in scope, hosting alpha focused managers and institutional grade investors. The event follows Catalyst’s uniquely structured cap intro format with headline talks by influential investors, lunch presentations by managers, followed by an afternoon packed with pre-scheduled, private meetings. It concludes with a wine networking reception.
Headline talks by investors and thought leaders:

Richard Horowitz, who talks on “Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Espionage, and Corporate Fraud – Considerations for Investors”.
Mr. Horowitz is a renowned expert on legal, investigative, and security matters with an appreciation of international relations. He has given over 150 presentations world-wide, consulting governments, international organizations and private firms.

Charles Krusen, who talks on “How Bottlenecks and Market Inflection Points Create Investment Opportunities”.
Charles is the CEO and owner of Krusen Capital Management. The firm provides alternative investment solutions and help identifying investment themes, source and due diligence managers, and recommend high conviction opportunities. They advise clients on investments in hedge funds, private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, venture, and co-investments.
The event is exclusive with around 30-40 participants in a controlled environment, with an approx 1:2 manager to investor ratio. There are no service providers, only managers and investors.
Participants use the Catalyst Event Portal to access event info and to review investor and manager profiles. Meeting schedules are set prior the event by investors who select which managers they want to meet with.
Investors pre-qualify by joining COIN (Catalyst Online Investor Network). Investors constitute predominantly single and multi-family offices, allocator intermediaries, and end-investors, located in the US but also internationally.

Catalyst Cap Intro Events have typically an approx. 1:2 manager to investor participation ratio.
Managers consist of alpha focused hedge funds and CTAs covering all strategies, as well as private equity and real estate funds.

The majority of investors at Catalyst Cap Intro events are single and multi family offices. About a third are investor intermediaries and about 10% end-investors.
Investor intermediaries include FOFs, multi-managers, RIAs, investor consultants, private banking platforms, seeders and specialist investors.

The Catalyst Event Portal is the online event management app used to access event information and maximize event participation.
Managers use it to upload their fund data and check investors' profiles. Investors use it to review managers and select which to meet with.
Participants can update their account registration data at any time.
