Carl Berg, Managing Partner

Mr. Berg has 8 years of finance and investment experience from London and New York. Prior to founding Catalyst Financial Partners, Mr. Berg was an Associate Director at New Amsterdam Capital, a EUR 3 billion credit investment firm based in London. Before that, Mr. Berg was an Institutional Sales Director at T&T Capital Management, a New York City based volatility arbitrage fund, and before that an Investment Advisor at LIB Ltd., a large single family office, arranging financing to high growth companies.

He was earlier also at the investment bank Jefferies Putnam Lovell in their M&A department, and at Sachs Bloomberg, a London based conference producer organizing large scale finance events across Europe.

He speaks English, Swedish and German and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
