Founded in 2008, CATALYST FINANCIAL PARTNERS is a specialist investor events firm for the alternative investing industry. We link alternative investment managers and investors together. 

 
The management of Catalyst has deep understanding of the institutional investor landscape in North East America which makes up the bulk of the allocators to the alternative investment industry in the US, and to a considerable degree the world. The firm has particularly strong knowledge of the multi and single-family office space. 

We aim to foster relationships with alternative investment managers that start with a consultative dialogue to understand an investment firm and its capital raising strategy. We consider our investor events to be one component of our services platform, and consult with managers before, during and after events.

For investors, we stay apprised on individual strategy preferences, return objectives, regional desires, and other characteristics that allow us to host managers that are most appropriate. Our events, as well as our management, also act as an information resource for investors on current alternative investing industry trends and developments.

Crucially, we request managers and investors to desire to meet each other, thus taking direct ownership of introductions and not feeling they are being ‘pushed’ which may be common in a competitive industry.
